Ownership of any products returned in accordance with our Return Policy shall be transferred to us upon completion of our refund to you, and you shall keep the products in good custody until you deliver the products to the shipping carrier because the risk of the products shall remain with you until that deliver.
4. If the products are returned for your convenience under circumstances not covered by our Return Policy and without our prior consent, you remain ownership and risk of the products.

Special Provisions for Hong Kong Residents
SECTION 1 - GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND SUITABILITY
The products we sell are guaranteed to be of appropriate quality and fit for their intended purpose at the time of sale, in accordance with Hong Kong's Consumer Protection Ordinance. In the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, consumers have the right to demand appropriate return and refund.
SECTION 2 - PROHIBITION OF FALSE DESCRIPTIONS AND MISLEADING ADVERTISING
We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and do not lead to misunderstandings. In the event that a misleading label or false description is found, consumers have the right to request a return and refund for the relevant product.
SECTION 3 - PROVISION OF FAIR CONTRACT TERMS
All terms and conditions of this agreement are governed by the Hong Kong Consumer Protection Ordinance and are fair and reasonable. If any of the terms and conditions are found to be invalid, they shall be null and void.
SECTION 4 - CLEAR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer consumers the right to return unused products within fourteen days of receipt. If a return is confirmed, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange. However, returns may not be accepted for Products marked as non-returnable on the product page, or if the products do not meet Return Conditions specified in the Return Policy.
SECTION 5 - GUARANTEE OF PRODUCT SAFETY
Our products meet Hong Kong safety standards and are guaranteed to be safe to use. In the unlikely event that a safety issue is identified, consumers have the right to request a return and refund.
SECTION 6 - TRANSPARENCY IN ONLINE SALES AND E-COMMERCE
6-1 By logging in as an individual and agreeing to use SOÉJU online store, you guarantee that you are at least 16 years old or have the ability to enter into a binding contract.
6-2 The parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor user is responsible for the use of SOÉJU online store and all activities of the minor user after logging in, including payment, and is responsible for keeping account information and passwords confidential. You must also explain these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and related information to the minor user under your protection and make sure that they understand their rights and obligations regarding access to and use of SOÉJU online store and our Services.
6-3 You or the parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of the minor user may contact us to exercise your rights. After we receive your notice, we may send a notice to you via the email or postal address you provided. Notifications from us to you will be deemed to have been properly delivered to you when they are posted on our website, or 24 hours after an email is sent, or three (3) business days after a letter is sent.
SECTION 7 -AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE
The products offered through SOÉJU online store are delivered only to most commercial, industrial, and residential areas in Hong Kong (excluding certain restricted areas such as PO Box addresses and areas that require special permission).
SECTION 8 - PREPARATION OF CONTRACTS AND ELECTRONIC CONTRACTS
8-1 You must be a personal consumer to place an order on this website.
8-2 After placing your order by pressing the "Pay Now" button at the end of the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received your order. Please note the following:
1. You can pay for your order using a credit card or other methods. For more details, please refer to the checkout page.
2. Cash or checks are not accepted.
3. If you have a coupon, promotion code, or discount code, you must enter the code before completing the checkout process to activate it.
8-3 At the time of checkout, we are only confirming receipt of your order, and this does not mean your order has been accepted. The contract (the "Contract") for the purchase of your items will only be formed when you receive confirmation that your items have been dispatched from our warehouse or are ready for pickup (the "Delivery Confirmation"). Please note that the contract only covers the items listed in the Delivery Confirmation. We are not obligated to provide any other items in your order until another Delivery Confirmation for those items has been sent.
SECTION 9 - SHIPPING:
9-1 We will do our best to complete orders for the items listed in the Delivery Confirmation within 3 to 5 business days. However, please note that this shipping time frame is only an estimate. In the event of special circumstances, we will notify you via the announcement page on our website, and that notification will take precedence.
9-2 Under normal circumstances, a standard shipping fee of HK$50 will be charged per order. Shipping is free for orders over HK$1200.
9-3 If the delivery of our products is delayed due to external factors beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances, but if there is a significant risk of delay, you may contact us to cancel the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but have not yet received.
9-4 Deliveries will be carried out by ECMS couriers. Before placing your order, you must ensure that there is sufficient space or facilities at the delivery address for the delivery, and that enough space is secured to accommodate the products for their intended purpose.
9-5 If your order cannot be delivered for reasons not attributable to us, and 45 days have passed since the order was available for shipping, we will consider that you wish to cancel and terminate the contract. In such cases, we will refund all payments received, including the HK$50 shipping fee (except for orders over HK$1200). Please note however that in cases when the delivery cannot be made by your failures, such as, but not limited to long-term absence, incorrect address, etc, we will deduct the HK$50 shipping fee from the payments received. In any case, the refund will be completed within 30 days of the termination of the contract.

(1). 您同意本公司有權因應營運之需求（包括但不限於服務費用等事項），隨時調整本條款，除對您已完成之購物權益有重大影響外，本公司將不會個別通知。本條款之最新內容，將公告於本網站上，您於每次進行購物前，均可詳細閱讀，以維護您的權益。若您於任何修改或變更後繼續使用本網站服務，則視為您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受相關修改或變更。如您不同意本條款之修改或變更，請停止使用本網站相關服務。
(2). 前項您已完成之購物權益有重大影響之變更時，本公司將至少提前十四天通知您變更後的內容及生效日期，變更於通知期滿後生效。
4. 個人資料之保護：
(1). 本公司將依個人資料保護法與相關法令之規範，以及本網站之「隱私權政策」保護您所提供之各項個人資料。當您使用本服務或進行會員註冊時，您同意本公司得依據「隱私權政策」進行您所提供個人資料之蒐集、處理與利用。
(2). 您在使用本服務時所提供的個人資料，若有任何變更應立即主動通知本公司修改。因未通知所導致的損失，本公司不承擔任何責任。
(3). 您同意本公司得將關於您及使用本服務的資訊進行統計處理後自由使用。
(4). 若您未提供本服務或交易所要求的相關個人資料予本公司，導致無法使用本服務或完成相關交易，本公司不承擔任何責任。
5. 會員註冊義務：
為使用本網站提供之各項服務，您同意以下事項：
(1). 依據本網站註冊時或提供服務時顯示之各項表格及提示，提供您本人真實、完整且最新之資料，不得以第三人之名義進行註冊或使用本服務。
(2). 當您的個人資料有任何變更時，您同意隨時更新，並同意維持您個人資料之即時性。
(3). 若您提供之資料有任何不實、不完整或過時之情形時，本公司有權逕行暫停或終止您的會員資格，且不須事前通知您，您將無法享有本服務之一部或全部。
6. ID、密碼及安全性：
(1). 當您進行會員註冊後，您將取得一組ID及密碼，該ID及密碼之組合即代表會員本人，其使用本網站、本服務之行為，均視為會員本人之行為。您必須妥善設定、維護及保管您的ID及密碼，例如於使用本網站之服務結束時，適時登出及關閉瀏覽器等，並且絕不在任何公開的網頁上公布您的ID及密碼或個人資料。亦不得將其ID及密碼提供給任何第三方使用。如果您洩漏自己的ID、密碼、個人資料或付款資訊等，並使得第三人有使用之機會時，您必須就該第三人的行為負全部責任。
(2). 若您的ID及密碼遭到盜用或有任何安全問題時，請您立即通知本公司，本公司將於收到通知並確認您的ID及密碼被冒用時，立即暫停該ID所生交易的處理及後續利用。
7. 使用者的守法義務及承諾：
使用者承諾絕不為任何非法目的或以任何非法方式使用本服務，並承諾遵守中華民國相關法規及一切使用網際網路之國際慣例。使用者若係中華民國以外之使用者，並同意遵守所屬國家或地域之法令。使用者同意並保證不得利用本服務從事侵害他人權益或違法之行為，包括但不限於：
(1). 公布或傳送任何誹謗、侮辱、具威脅性、攻擊性、不雅、猥褻、不實、違反公共秩序或善良風俗或其他不法之文字、圖片或任何形式的檔案。
(2). 侵害或毀損本公司或他人名譽、隱私權、營業秘密、商標權、著作權、專利權、其他智慧財產權及其他權利。
(3). 違反依法律或契約所應負之保密義務。
(4). 冒用他人名義使用本服務（包含使用或取得其他用戶的ID及密碼）。
(5). 傳輸或散佈電腦病毒（包含破壞或干擾本服務、本公司伺服器或網絡功能之行為）。
(6). 從事未經本公司事前授權的商業行為。
(7). 刊載、傳輸、發送垃圾郵件、連鎖信、違法或未經本公司許可之多層次傳銷訊息及廣告等；或儲存任何侵害他人智慧財產權或違反法令之資料。
(8). 對本服務其他用戶或第三人產生困擾、不悅或違反一般網路禮節致生反感之行為。
(9). 利用本服務作為犯罪手段之行為。
(10). 超出本服務必要範圍，獲取其他使用者或第三方信訊息之行為。
(11). 超出本服務必要範圍，發送或顯示個人訊息之行為。
(12). 對本服務進行逆向工程、反編譯、反彙編或任何其他類似之行為。
(13). 為自己或第三人謀取利益而故意偽造資料或使用未經本公司許可的程序。
(14). 以未經授權使用為目的而開發、散佈或使用工具或程式的行為，或誘導、勸誘、幫助第三方進行此類之行為。
(15). 將本服務用於有別於提供本服務之原始目的之行為。
(16). 將本服務用於商業目的之行為（事先經本公司同意者除外）。
(17). 在與本服務有關的情況下，直接或間接向反社會勢力提供利益之行為。
(18). 未經本公司事先書面同意，擅自複製、轉載或轉發本服務或本服務中的資訊，無論其是否構成著作權資料。
(19). 其他不符本服務所提供的使用目的之行為或本公司有正當理由認為不適當之行為。
8. 商品之購入：
(1). 使用者得以利用本服務從本公司購入商品等。
(2). 使用者欲購買商品時，應遵從本公司另行制定之方法，申請商品等之購買或使用。
(3). 進行前項所述之申請時，使用者對所輸入、註冊之送貨地址、訂單內容等確認無誤後，點選確認送出訂單，其後，本公司會向使用者發送確認並認可訂單內容之郵件，此時使用者和本公司之間與該商品等相關之買賣契約即時成立。
(4). 即使前項所述之規定成立，唯若使用者利用本服務進行非法行為或不正當行為時，本公司得以取消、解除買賣契約及進行其他恰當處置。
(5). 本產品的價格應為使用者提出申請時所標示之金額為準。
(6). 本公司在買賣契約成立後，依據訂單內容進行商品等的配送手續。但本服務之商品等的配送僅限於臺灣國內。此外，因配送地區或配送狀況不同，可能會使得送貨延遲，使用者被視為事先同意此種情形。
(7). 關於缺貨，若有出貨前發生商品缺貨之狀況，屆時本公司將與您聯繫並盡速為您進行退款處理。造成您的不便，本公司深表歉意，敬請見諒。
9. 支付方式：
(1). 商品等之支付金額為包含營業稅（即5%）在內之商品等的購買費用及與此相關之手續費用之總和。
(2). 關於使用本服務所購買之商品等的支付，僅限於使用使用者本人名義之信用卡支付、或本公司以其他方式認可之支付方式。
(3). 使用者應使用本公司所定之方法支付使用本服務所購買產品的費用。若使用信用卡支付時，使用者與信用卡公司之間遵從另行制定之契約條件。另外，關於信用卡之使用，使用者與信用卡公司等之間發生糾紛的情況下，由使用者與信用卡公司負責解決。
(4). 若使用者延遲支付前項款項或使用者就本條款所欠本公司的其他義務時，使用者應向本公司支付基於年利率14.6%（按365天每天計算）的滯納金，並連同原欠款項一併支付。
10. 商品退貨等處理
(1). 關於商品之退貨，依據《消費者保護法》及本公司之規定，僅得於收受商品後十四天內退回商品。唯有下列情形之一的商品不得退回，並不適用前述商品到貨十四天內之規定：
1. 一經使用、修改或洗滌、乾洗之商品。
2. 遺失發貨單時。
3. 拆除、遺失商品標籤/吊牌。
4. 退回時的商品（包含但不僅限於紙箱、商品附件）與送達時相比，有損壞、髒污、遺失等。
5. 在您保存期間發生了商品沾染氣味、髒污、傷痕等。
6. 對於包裝亦屬於商品的一部分之商品，開封了包裝時。
7. 內衣（包含貼身衣物，例如：羊絨混紡產品）/泳衣/化妝品等個人衛生用品。
8. 於實體店面（包含快閃店）購買的商品。
9. 客制化商品。
(2). 使用者依前項規定申請商品之退貨，其退貨所需費用由本公司負擔。
(3). 請將退貨的商品恢復至您收到商品時的原始狀態(包含完整之商品/標籤/附件/紙箱/包裝等)。
(4). 若發生無法配送之狀況時，客服會與您聯繫，如有聯絡方式不明導致無法聯繫之情形，將於出貨7天後自動取消訂單。也煩請使用者填寫收件人資訊務必準確。
(5). 有關詳細退貨/換貨等資訊，請參閱「退貨政策」；除本條或本條款另有規定外，本公司對於契約不符情形不負任何責任。
11. 商品相關之免責
(1). 本公司關於本服務及以本服務銷售之商品等，其品質、材質、機能、性能、與其他產品之適合性及其他缺陷、以及由此而產生之損害、損失、虧損等，除去前條所規定之情形外，一概不擔保、不負擔任何損害賠償責任等。
(2). 關於因配送地址不明等而引起之糾紛，通過聯絡使用者註冊時所填寫之聯絡地及將商品配送至商品購入時所指定之送貨地址，而履行了商品等之債務轉移，則無須對該債務負責。
(3). 商品的擁有權和風險應在本公司發貨時轉移給使用者。
12. 聲明和保證：
(1). 使用者聲明並保證，使用者向本公司提供的資訊以及使用者在本服務中傳輸、顯示的資訊等不包含以下內容：
1. 違反或可能違反法律法規的內容。
2. 侵犯或可能侵犯本公司、其他使用者或第三方的智慧財產權或其他權利的內容。
3. 虛假或不完整的內容。
4. 違反社會規範或公共秩序和道德的內容。
5. 可合理理解為冒犯第三方的內容。
6. 可能肯定、美化或鼓勵犯罪或反社會勢力的內容。
7. 損害本公司、其他使用者或第三方的聲譽或信譽的內容。
8. 其他本公司合理認為不適當的內容。
(2). 若因違反前款規定的聲明和保證而使本公司遭受損害，使用者應賠償所有損失。
13. 本服務的終止與中斷：
(1). 本公司可自行決定以本公司認為適當的方式事先通知使用者終止本服務。
(2). 若符合以下任意一種情況，本公司可以在不事先通知使用者的情況下終止或中斷提供全部或部分的本服務：
1. 在對本服務涉及的電腦系統進行緊急檢查或維護的情況下。
2.在電腦、通訊網路等因事故意外關閉的情況下。
3. 發生電腦病毒、網路攻擊、戰爭、內亂、恐怖襲擊、暴動、騷亂等社會動亂、流行病、地震、雷擊、火災、地震、風暴、洪水、停電或其他自然災害等不可抗力因素導致本服務無法運行的情況下。
4. 本公司簽約之電話公司、配送公司或供應商未能提供切實服務的情況下。
5. 在本公司判斷有必要暫停或終止服務的其他情況下。
6. 需要確保使用者安全時。
7. 發生本公司技術上無法應對，或其他本公司依前項合理認為必要之情形。
(3). 公司認為合理必要的其他情況，依本條規定所採取的措施所造成的任何損害，均由使用者自行承擔，並且本公司不承擔任何責任。
14. 註銷註冊：
(1). 當本公司發現使用者有下列情況時，得不經事前通知使用者，即可註銷使用者於本服務中的註冊：
1. 未支付商品費用、違反禁止行為或其他違反本條款之規定（包括違反聲明及保證）。
2. 確認使用者曾被本公司停止使用本服務，或本公司提供的其他服務，或曾被註銷註冊。
3. 受到查封、假扣押、假處分、稅務延滯處分或其他公權力的處分。
4. 被申請破產程序、民事再生程序、公司更生程序或特別清算程序的開始。
5. 通過決議解散公司（合併除外）或轉讓公司全部業務時。
6. 開出或承兌的匯票或支票遭到拒付，或陷入支付停止的狀態。
7. 受到監管機構的停業處分，或被取消營業許可或營業註冊。
8. 超過六個月未使用本服務。
9. 本公司要求使用者回覆聯繫事項，使用者卻超過三十日未作回覆。
10. 當其他本公司認為使用者使用本服務不適當的情形。
(2). 除前項所述情況外，本公司得在提前三十日通知使用者後，註銷其註冊。
(3). 當使用者發生本條第一項所述任一情況時，本公司得不經事前通知使用者，選擇在本公司規定的期間內停止使用者部分或全部的本服務，而不必註銷其註冊。使用者同意，即便在服務暫停期間，仍需支付本服務的全部費用。
(4). 當發生本條第一項所述任一情況時，使用者對本公司應付的本服務費用及其他債務將立即到期，使用者須立即償還所有債務。
(5). 本公司對依據本條所採取的措施而對使用者造成的任何損害，不負任何責任。
15. 撤銷：
使用者得依據本公司規定之程序申請退出本服務。當本公司收到使用者的申請時，使用者將失去使用本服務的資格。
16. 內容與規格：
本公司不得披露本服務的內容與規格（包括與本服務支援相關的任何內容與規格）。如有更改，恕不另行通知，使用者不得對此提出異議。
17. 委託：
本公司可以自行決定將與本服務相關的全部或部分業務外包給第三方。
18. 智慧財產權及使用許可：
(1). 透過本服務所提供之內容的智慧財產權，皆歸屬於本公司或已取得使用許可之第三人所有。本服務的使用許可，僅限於使用本服務所需範圍內，並不代表授予超出此範圍的智慧財產權使用許可。
(2). 不論出於何等目的，一經發現未經本公司許可，而對本公司之內容進行複製、轉載或其他二次使用行為等國內及國外著作權法及其他法令禁止之行為，本公司得以即刻採取合法措施處置。
(3). 使用者在使用本服務過程中傳送、顯示等的文章、圖片、影片等信息及其相關的智慧財產權仍歸屬於使用者。但使用者同意授權本公司在提供及改善本服務所需的範圍內，使用該等信息及智慧財產權的所有權利。
(4). 使用者僅可在本服務目的範圍內，非排他性地使用本服務。使用者不得將本服務的使用權轉授予第三方。
(5). 違反本條規定而導致與第三人之間發生任何糾紛之時，使用者需自行承擔責任及費用，並負責解決糾紛，不得給本公司造成任何損害、損失或不利等。
(6). 當使用者因註冊遭註銷或本合約終止而喪失使用本服務的資格時，其使用本服務的權利亦同時消失。
19. 免責聲明：
(1). 本公司不保證本服務適用於使用者的特定目的，不保證本服務具有預期的功能、商業價值、準確性或有用性，不保證使用者對服務的使用符合適用的法律、法規或行業協會的內部規則，也不保證不會出現問題。
(2). 本公司對本服務的任何中斷、暫停、終止、不可使用或修改、註冊使用者向本服務發送的消息或資訊的刪除或遺失、註冊使用者的註冊資料被刪除、公佈資料的丟失或因使用本服務而導致的設備故障或損壞，或使用者因本服務而遭受的任何其他損失，本公司不承擔任何責任與賠償。
(3). 與本服務或本網站相關的用戶與其他使用者或第三方發生的交易、通訊、糾紛等，本公司不承擔任何責任。
(4). 在提供由本服務至其他網站或資源之連接，或由第三者網站或資源至本服務之連接時，關於該連接的內容、使用及其結果（包括但不僅限於適法性、有效性、正確性、確實性、安全性、最新性及完整性），本公司概不負責。另外，經本公司合理判斷連接網站或資源內容違法或對本服務的管理/營運有不合適之時，得以不經通知使用者即可刪除該連接。
(5). 若發生本條款第十三條第二項規定終止或中斷本服務之事由時，所造成使用者直接或間接蒙受損害、損失、不利等，本公司不承擔任何責任。
(6). 使用者使用本服務時對其他使用者或第三人造成之任何損害，所有責任與費用均由使用者承擔並解決，不得給本公司造成任何損害、損失、不利等。
(7). 在本公司採取了相應的安全措施之後，仍發生了與本服務相關之不正當存取數據、電腦病毒入侵等不法行為，並因此對使用者產生任何損害時，本公司一概不負任何責任。
(8). 由於使用本服務（包含伴隨本服務之本公司的資訊提供行為）而產生之一切損害（包含精神痛苦或其他金錢損失在內的一切損失），若本公司無故意或重大過失，則不承擔任何責任。即便是本公司應負責任的情況下，本公司所負責任亦在直接且正常損害範圍內（該賠償金額以使用者在賠償事由發生前三個月內實際支付的服務費用為上限，如過去三個月內未支付任何費用，則以新臺幣2,000元整為上限）。
20. 第三方服務：
(1). 本服務可以由本公司以外的第三方運營服務相關聯，但本公司不保證此類合作關係將持續。
(2). 使用者應自行承擔使用第三方服務的風險，對於因使用第三方服務而導致的任何損害，本公司不承擔任何責任。
(3). 使用第三方服務時，使用者應遵守與第三方服務提供者之間適用的使用條款、合同等。使用者應自行負責確認並遵守這些條款內容及相關風險。
21. 保密：
(1). 使用者不得將本公司披露且明確標示為機密的資訊（以下簡稱「機密資訊」）提供給他人。未經本公司同意，使用者不得將機密資訊用於與使用本服務無關的其他目的，亦不得向第三方披露或洩露。
(2). 儘管有前款規定，下列資訊不屬於機密資訊範疇，但即使有下列情況時，個人資訊仍應被視為機密資訊：
1. 在披露或知悉時已公開的資訊。
2.因非使用者過錯而在披露後為公眾所知的資訊。
3. 在披露或知悉時已為使用者所知的資訊。
4. 從具有合法許可權的第三方獲得的資訊。
5. 在未使用機密資訊的情況下自行創作或開發的資訊。
(3). 儘管有本條第一項的規定，使用者得根據法律、法院或政府機構的命令、要求或請求，披露機密資訊。
22. 通知：
(1). 當本公司需要向使用者發出與本服務相關的通知時，本公司可通過在本服務或本網站上發佈公告，或向註冊的使用者資訊（如電子郵件地址等）發送電子郵件或文件的方式進行通知。本公司將選擇其認為合適的方式進行通知。
(2). 依本條前項規定的通知方式，若在本服務或本網站上發佈公告，則公告內容於發佈時生效；若是以電子郵件或文件方式通知，則通知在公司發送電子郵件或文件時生效。
23. 本條款有效期：
本條款之有效期限由使用者申請本服務註冊或使用本服務時另行確定。但若使用者退出會員、取消註冊或終止使用服務，本條款即在此時終止。
24. 消除反社會勢力
(1). 使用者聲明並保證其不屬於下列任何一項，並承諾未來亦不屬於下列任何一項：
1. 使用者的公司、母公司、子公司、關聯公司、董事或重要員工屬於反社會勢力。
2. 使用者的公司、母公司、子公司、關聯公司、董事或重要員工與反社會勢力存在應受社會譴責的關係。
3. 自前兩款情況終止適用之日起未滿5年。
4. 自行或通過第三方對本公司進行以下或類似行為：
1. 暴力要求。
2. 提出超出法定責任的不合理要求。
3. 與交易相關的威脅性言行或暴力行為。
4. 散佈謠言、使用詐欺手段或使用武力損害本公司信譽或干擾本公司業務行為。
(2). 若使用者違反本條前兩項規定，本公司有權註銷使用者在本服務中的註冊，並可要求賠償本公司因此遭受的任何損失。
(3). 使用者因本條前項規定註銷其註冊而導致的任何損害，本公司不承擔任何責任。
25. 存續期間：
即使本條款終止，本條款第4條、第6條、第7條、第9條、第10條、第12條、第13條第3項、第14條第4、5項、第18條至第21條、第24條第2、3項、第28條的規定應繼續有效，但第21條僅在本條款終止後三年內有效。
26. 權利義務的轉讓：
(1). 未經本公司事先書面同意，使用者不得將在本服務使用協定下的地位或本條款下的權利或義務轉讓、轉移、質押或以其他方式處分給任何第三方。
(2). 本公司將本服務相關業務轉讓給其他公司時，本公司可將其在本服務使用協議中的地位及本條款規定的權利義務轉讓給該業務轉讓的受讓方，使用者應被視為已在本款中事先同意該轉讓。本條款規定的業務轉讓不僅包括普通業務轉讓，還包括企業撤資以及任何其他業務轉讓情況。
27. 條款可分割性：
如果根據《消費者保護法》或其他法律或法規，本條款的任意一個條款或其任何部分被確定為無效或不可執行，則本條款中的其餘條款以及被判定為部分無效或不可行的任何條款的其餘部分應保持完全效力。
28. 適用法律和管轄法院：
(1). 本條款的解釋與適用之準據法為中華民國法律。
(2). 與本條款或本服務相關的一切爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
