Returns and Refunds and Exchanges
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged products.
Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Please keep the original packaging (bag, box, etc.) in the same condition as delivered and pack the product securely to prevent further damage.

We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
Refunds

Exchanges
