In our first feature of “A Garment That Speaks for Me,” we meet Nozomi Kosaka. Nozomi Kosaka is the Brand Director and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Business Insider Japan, the Japanese edition of the global economic media Business Insider. Outside of work, she’s also a devoted mother raising two elementary school-aged children. A Wardrobe That Doesn’t Make Mornings Harder The first SOÉJU item I bought was a skirt. At the time, my wardrobe consisted mostly of monochrome skirts and dresses—not necessarily out of preference, but because they were the easiest option. I tend to be quite impatient, so dresses were ideal. You just put one on and go—no styling needed. That kind of simplicity really worked for me.
